One of my friends provided me with some great chai tea recipes and while I plan to try the more involved options later, today I just wanted a quick, comforting drink. I grabbed an organic chai tea packet that I had on hand and got started.
I added 3/4 cup water and 1/4 cup milk to my smallest saucepan and brought it to a boil. I then turned down the heat and allowed to simmer for about 2 minutes. I removed it from the stove and stirred in enough honey to satisfy my sweet tooth (which was about 1/2 to 1 tsp).
And that was it- now ready to drink. It doesn’t get much quicker than this for a warm and enjoyable (yet still healthy!) beverage. And this may actually take the cake for quickest/easiest recipe for The Sunday Chef ever! :)

Thanks, Jayme! I love it, too. I received it as a gift, but located some online here, although it looks like they are on hold until April. http://www.vat19.com/dvds/pouch-mug-tea-mug.cfm?adid=gbase
